Refund Policy
To offer our clients quality services, we will do our best.
If a client is not entirely satisfied with our services, we can provide a refund. The refund process takes a maximum of 7 working days, and the refund will be credited back to your account via Account Credits or deposited directly into your bank account.
Payments made by credit card will be refunded to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and payments made through Payment Gateway Name will be refunded to the same Bank account.
A domain registration or domain transfer is not refundable. If you purchase a Domain Name, you become its owner, and you cannot return it until its term has expired.
First-time customers are not eligible for refunds. Our refund policy does not apply if you have canceled your previous account and re-registered or if you have opened a second account with us.
Dedicated servers, administrative fees, custom software installation fees, and domain name purchases are not refundable. When a refund request is made after the initial 30-day non-conditional money back period, the refund will be prorated based on the number of days unused.
We can't refund taxes since they are deposited directly at the end of each month, but you may be able to claim them directly from the government.
